A kitten ate my blog-work!
Posted August 30th, 2010 by MitsuReally one did! Sunday night I was busy getting material together for this weeks posts and my man is walking my dog. He runs in the door and tells me he needs my help quick.
This is what he needed my help with 
A stray kitten found outside my apartment complex 
This little lady is a four month old, or so we found out today.
Isn’t she adorable :superhappy:
She’s got a giant squirrel-like fluffy tail :upheart:
So while the Doll doesn’t have a post ready thanks to this fluffy wonder, at least you get to look at kitten pictures 
Why we weren’t expected to add a new cat to our family so soon, I guess we now have.
No name yet, any 2 syllable or less suggestions for my new lady? :butterfly:

She looks a lot like a tabby cat we used to have who was once called Rosie, then Belle and finally… Tabby

ahahaha at least you’d never forget it. Don’t worry my Luna has several nicknames like Bee, Poople, and Beast. I guess it happens with all pets

I think you should name her Lucky. I mean, afterall, she did get lucky for being found and winding up with you, hahaha. Or you can find a name that suits her personality (･w･)
wow I guess tabby coat is very common? LOL Although my other cat is also a stray and is fully grey and fluffy, although she looked like a scrawny rat when I got her
Lucky seems like a cute name, but somehow I’m think of it as a dog’s name. I dunno why. I’m a weirdo LOL :worries:

Sam is cute, but I think I’m much too girly to give a cat a gender nuetral name. My house was boys 3-2 and now it’s 2-3 girls so I feel I must lady it up to show the women are majority now

I tend to name my animal friends after royalty, personally, like Empress Sisi or Marie Antoinette. My boy kitty is named Napoleon. Congrats on your new friend!

I suggest the name “Marron”, or a variant, “Mallow” hehe
hahahaa I’m stuck with living with dog hair. I think my dog sleeps to make hair and he sleeps a damn lot :worries: My other cat doesn’t shed too much so I’m lucky there.
I know it’s got a weird name, but have you tried the Furminator? It totally desheds animals for a week. I go after all my animals once a week and it’s kept my house much less furry

I like Japanese names first names since they tend to be short for people, but I can’t see naming my cat one. I mostly just like Japanese gal fashion, maybe a Russian cat name tho

I think Cara would be a lovely name. It’s Italian for “my beloved”, or “my beautiful”. My mom uses this as a nickname to one of our cats, Tabatha, who is a tabby cat in white, brown and black. I guess we give more lifelike names to our cats. The other one, a black with occasional white hairs and whiskers is called Jackeline, Jacky for short.
On my vacation to Germany I met cats named Würsel and Strietzie XD

I like human names for pets (my basset is Franklin), but it’s sometimes such a mouthful to get out and nicknames arise. I just end up calling my dog “pigs” more than his real name.
So now I’m to short names that might not have so many nicknames
