Osaka Hep Five and OPA from December

Possibly making Friday on the Doll as Photo Friday where I do a photo post of random images gal and not gal from Japan. The Doll actually doing a feature I’ll have to be timely about oh deary  :busy:

Hep Five is a seriously random mall. It’s not 100% gal, it’s not even the gal-est mall in Osaka (that title goes to OPA). However, it wins in sheer randomness.

First of all it has a giant ferris wheel on top of it. (photo source here)

Judging by their floor guide, you can tell they’re proud of that ferris wheel.

The ferris wheel is nothing compared to the GIANT WHALES inside it. Seriously, giant whales. (Thanks Alice for taking this photo while I was busy thinking “OMG giant ass whale!”)

    When I was in Osaka two years ago, I didn’t really know anything about gal or Japanese fashion, so when I visited HEP Five, I was so surprised by the stores and the look of the mall! I rode the ferris wheel and it was a lot of fun! It’s so gorgeous during the nighttime! ^^

      I never did! It was getting repairs when I was there in Dec and in May I didn’t really vote for it with my friends. We were busy eating and shopping instead ^_^

      I know it sounds odd, but I entered in December from their downstairs elevator, headed to w♥c and left pretty much after that and never saw whales. I told my man there were whales after being their in March and he thought I was crazy. So there is a way to avoid them!

    There’s a big shopping building in Sapporo with a gigantic Ferris wheel on top too! Japan must really love their wheels. <3
