Photo Friday: Cat Cafe 299 in Ikebukuro
Posted January 27th, 2012 by MitsuWhen I was in Japan in November, Alanna and I being serious cat lovers decided to have a cat cafe day. First off was cat cafe 299 in Ikebukuro (website). It’s located right behind the giant Tokyu Hands in Ikebukuro that hosts Nekobukuro (post here), but it’s cheaper and much more rewarding to visit 299.
Hopefully the cat lovers can enjoy and dog lovers, on instagram I’m mewmitsu I usually post cat and dog photos (I’m equal opportunity animal lover, there are just no dog cafes in Japan… I researched 
). Especially this new 6 week old pitbull puppy named Logan that lives in my neighborhood.

Thr cats are all so cute! Hopefully I’ll get to visit a cat cafe in march when we go for our classtrip which orobably won’t be a problem as there’s a lot if ‘crazy cat ladies’ in my class haha XD
hahahaa I think there’s absolutely nothing wrong with being a crazy animal lady XD it’s a really nice place to relax after walking all the time being a tourist I’m sure
Omg that fluffy one at the end is adorable <3 I've managed to convince my boyfriend when we move in together we're getting a cat, its because I enticed a neighbourhood cat to his house the other day. Wish they had cat cafes in other countries, I'd spend all my money there. xx
Isn’t it? I’ve got a weakness for fluffy cats (okay all cats, but fluffy especially). It is a really nice time just to see different breeds and play with them

i was at another cat café in ikebukuro, it was called nekorobi ^^ but i noticed how many cat cafés they had in a small area, i wonder why, ’cause i didn’t see it a lot in the other parts of tokyo…! haha ^^
Oh! We used to hang out in those backstreets all the time! There’s a great curry restaurant there.. And a really strange trans bar that’s seemingly only open once in a blue moon haha

Me and my friends went into this cafe when we were still in japan. It had such a lovely atmosphere~
omfg this is the Cat Cafe we went to in Ikebukuro too 8D, I loved it!!!!
