Mitsu’s Nails – Japanese Nail Salons

My nails that have been done in Japan. Mostly at Carry Nail salon. Which has two locations: Ikebukuro and Shibuya.

Carry is where most of the Egg gals get their nails done (Aina Tanaka especially) and is popular for many models. They do both gel and acrylic. I only got acrylic done they and they prefer to use acrylic forms instead of tips. Forms tend to last longer, and most Japanese nail salons refuse to do tips. Carry is the leader in gal nails and a great atmosphere.

I really enjoy my time there, and they got used to having a gaijin gal always visit their salons. Lots of fun conversation and amazing work. Don’t take my word for it, look below at their skills

Acrylic Mod nails done as a combination of custom gel-mixed blue nails and airbrush french-tipped nails with checkboard and musical note stamps (by Disco).

Acrylic nails with gel coated pink. Swarovski crystals and pearls done in a wave design, roses hand painted with guache to match a dress, and 3-d alpacas, a UFO catcher plush toy (done by Bibi in Kabukicho).
